PCB Graphic Files - Gerber (RS-274D, RS-274X (perferred), Fire9000) for RS-274D include aperature file and name of PCB design program and software revision.
PCB Drill Files - Excellon format in ASCII
Pick & Place Files - Layout CAD File (perferred), Excel, 123, Access, comma delimited ASCII Text, Fixed space ASCII Text.
